Active Life Referral Programme

Parkinson's Referral Programme

This programme lasts for 12 weeks and is focused on helping people living with Parkinson's to exercise safely and effectively with their condition.

All activities take place at Jubilee2 and you will meet with one of our instructors who will support you to undertake your programme.

Cancer Rehabilitation

The Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Programme is a 12-week structured exercise programme for anyone having or recovering from cancer, delivered by our Specialist Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Instructors.

Falls Prevention

Move it or lose it/ Good Boost are gentle exercise classes suitable for people with poor strength, mobility, and balance, wanting to reduce falls, increase social interaction and improve overall wellbeing.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase 4

A 12-week exercise rehabilitation programme aimed at people that have recently experienced a cardiac event or who have attended the NHS cardiac rehabilitation phase 3 programme. Cardiac transfer form to be completed.

Junior Jubilee2 Exercise Referral Programme

A 12 week exercise programme for young people aged 12 to 16 who live with an illness or long term health condition to increase fitness levels and quality of life.

Adult Referral Programme

A 12 week exercise programme for people who are currently inactive and who also have one or more chronic health conditions.

ESCAPE Pain

A 12 week exercise rehabilitation programme aimed at people with either Osteoarthritis of the knee and/or hip or who have Chronic Lower Back Pain longer than 3 months. Patient must be in a stable condition, safe to exercise and not awaiting further investigation.
