Life Leisure - Specialist Physical Activity Service
Designed to support people who are currently physically inactive and have a long term health condition or who may be at risk of, or had, a fall.
PARiS
This service is for people aged 18 years and above who have a long term medical condition AND are doing less than 30 minutes of physical activity per week.
Falls Prevention
The service is for older adults who are unsteady on their feet and who have had a fall or are at risk of having a fall. Provides a range of evidence based classes designed to improve the strength, balance and mobility of older adults.
Active Pathways - informal and social activity
Active Pathways is a new service that supports adults with low levels of confidence and people with health conditions to become more active. Our Active Pathways lead will help connect adults into physical and social activity, in and out of our Life Leisure Hubs (specifically in Bramhall, Brinnington and Offerton).
