Live Well Cardiac
A specifically designed programme, delivered to support condition management and help prevent de-conditioning for people who have had a heart attack or heart surgery and have completed rehabilitation.
Live Well Cancer
A specifically designed programme, delivered to support those who have been diagnosed with cancer, currently in cancer treatment or completed cancer treatment.
Fitness for Work
This programme aims to help people to get back to health and back to work, by combining lifestyle change support with structured exercise.
Fitness for Health in the Community
Hosted at Ravensthorpe Community Centre and Batley Community Centre, KAL have launched it’s existing ‘Fitness for Health’ programme in to local community venues.
