Edinburgh Leisure - Online Referral Form

Community Access Programme

CAP Individual Card: Our CAP Individual card offers 6 months of discounted access to Edinburgh Leisure venues and activities, promoting physical and mental well-being. Accepted participants will receive both a text message and email containing details about where, when, and for which activities they can use their card. These communications will also provide guidance on how individuals can collect their cards at one of our venues.

CAP Cashless Support Card: The CAP Cashless Support card provides 6 months of free access to Edinburgh Leisure venues and activities, aiming to support physical and mental well-being. Participants accepted for a CAP Cashless Support Card will receive either a text message or email, providing information about where, when, and for which activities they can utilize the card. These messages will also include instructions on how individuals can collect their cards at one of our venues. Please be aware that the CAP Cashless Support programme has limited spaces and is specifically designed to assist those without access or the ability to make contactless payments who are living on a low income/experiencing a high level of poverty.

When applying for either the CAP Individual, or CAP Cashless Support card, please provide additional information in the "Any other comments" section of the form to support the application. All applications must include additional supporting information, or they will not be considered.

Applications must provide a mobile and email address. Any applications that do not provide these will not be considered. If a participant is unable to provide an email address, we ask the referrer to use their own email as the participant’s contact. This ensures a copy of the welcome information is sent to the referrer and can then be shared with the participant if they have an issue with the welcome information sent via text.
