Everyone Active - North Norfolk

Exercise referral classes at one of Sheringham, Fakenham or North Walsham Leisure Centres.

Everyone Active – Waveney

Exercise referral scheme at the Waterlane and Waveney Valley Leisure Centres, offering group classes and gym access.

Lex Leisure – Breckland

Exercise referral scheme at the Dereham and Thetford Leisure Centres, offering group classes and gym access.

Alive – West Norfolk

Exercise referral scheme at the Lynnsport King's Lynn, Downmarket Leisure Centre and Oasis Leisure Centre Hunstanton, offering group classes and gym access.

Freedom Leisure - Great Yarmouth

Exercise referral scheme at the Marina and Phoenix Leisure Centres, offering group classes and gym access.

Norwich – Riverside Leisure Centre

Community Provision

A variety of exercise referral community-based classes throughout Norfolk and Waveney. Along with community gym facilities including Norfolk Health and Fitness, Just4You Fitness, Wensum Sports Centre, and Community Gyms in Loddon and Stalham.

Who is making this referral request?

Exercise referral – to be eligible to make an exercise referral through Active NoW, you must have access to the patient’s clinical record.
Falls referral – to be eligible to make a falls prevention referral, you must either have access to the patient’s clinical record, or be a professional supporting the patient in a non-clinical capacity (e.g. social prescriber, handyperson service, housing officer).

Severe Mental Illness (SMI) – to be eligible to make an SMI referral through Active NoW, you must have access to the patient's clinical record and be referring them at point of SMI health check under primary care services only.
